HOW WILL I HANDLE ALL MY ORDERS AND PAYMENTS INCLUDING MY INITIAL ORDER

 

You will be set up with a sales rep login through our system. It is super easy to use and will be easily accessible from your smartphone, tablet or laptop at any time.  

We will provide you with an easy ordering process simply by filling out a line sheet and sending it back to us. The line sheet will automatically account for the 50% discount you receive on all your orders. The shipping fees are covered by you on every order after your initial purchase. Should an item be back ordered or take longer than expected as a fault on our end, we will cover the shipping costs.

HOW ARE TAXES ADDED ONTO OUR ORDERS?

 
Taxes are added onto your orders in terms of where you live.

For example, if you are an Ontario resident 13% will be added on to your order.
If you are in the USA we will add a federal GST of 5%. They are all added according to your location.

HOW CAN CUSTOMERS SHOP THROUGH ME SO THAT I CAN EARN COMMISSION?

 

You will be given your very own Brave Soles’ URL. It will look and act exactly like our main site, but will track that the customers have shopped via your link and therefore automatically track your commission.

This is what customers will copy and paste into their own search bar. When they place their order with your URL, it will automatically go into our system and track your commission. You will earn 20% commission on all orders placed through your URL.

CAN I HOST A TRUNK SHOW AND EARN MORE MONEY?

 
Absolutely! We love Trunk Shows and so do our customers.

Trunk Shows are a great way to spread the word of Brave Soles, try on merchandise in person and have a great time meeting new people. All Indie Experts that host a Trunk Show earn 30% commission on any orders placed from the day of the Trunk Show (including the 20% discount code guests receive for the Trunk Show) to a week from the date.

This is because we keep the discount code active for one week for anyone that could not attend the Trunk Show or decides they want to order that purse they eyed all night and never purchased!
 

HOW DO I KNOW WHICH INDIE SALES KIT IS RIGHT FOR ME?

 

Pick the one you think best suits your budget and plans and ask yourself:

  • How much work are you willing to put into selling your stock?  
  • Are you serious about earning income as an Indie Expert or is this more just for fun on the side for you?

Our suggested kits come in three options:

Your Selection (budget friendly and completely up to you!)

The Market Ready (able to launch a pop-up, trunk show or sell at a market)

The Deluxe (a full-service kit with a solid representation of all of our products and designs)

WHAT ARE THE PERKS OF BEING AN INDIE SALES REP VS. A CUSTOMER?

  2. As one of our team members, you will be featured on our website and promoted to potential Trunk Show hosts to facilitate their events (in person or online) and earn 30% commission on all sales at the event.

  3. Once you are signed up, you begin to receive 50% off all stock orders immediately. This means there is no waiting or panic to get in your sales within a certain calendar time for a sale.

  4. Our Experts receive many bonuses and perks all along the way. Be prepared for great gifts and surprises!

  5. You are your own boss. We will partner with you for your success and you can set the pace.

  6. Earn 20% commission while you sleep with your very own URL

WHERE CAN I FIND MARKETS AND POP-UPS TO SELL MY BRAVE SOLES AT?

 
Markets and Pop-ups are quite easy to find, whether you live in a small town or a big city there is always events looking for vendors, or locations to host a Pop-up.

Should you need or want any help from us in finding some for you in your area let us know and we will be happy to help you get set up.

IS IT MANDATORY TO ADVERTISE ON SOCIAL MEDIA WHEN I BECOME AN INDIE EXPERT?

 
No! We never want to push our Indie Experts to do something they don't want to or don' have time to.

If you are someone who is on social media regularly whether it is Facebook, Instagram or both, then great. Social media can be a great way to grow a business, engage a bigger audience and increase sales.

We only ask that your Facebook page is as follows "your name-Indie Expert for Brave Soles" so that all of our Indie Experts are easily recognized and there is no confusion.

Instagram can be any name as long as it is not Brave Soles and if it is a separate page from your personal account to include in the name or bio "Indie Expert for Brave Soles".

HOW DO WE HANDLE RETURNS / EXCHANGES FOR OUR OWN MERCH?

 
Should you need to return or exchange any item from your personal stock orders, whether there is a defect, or you simply decided you don't want that item, you can return it to either our Canadian return address or our USA return address and we will send you an exchange item.

Simply email Kaitlin at kaitlin@bravesoles.life ahead of time.

You can also post in our private Indie Expert Facebook group and see if any other Indie Experts want to buy it off of you.

HOW DO WE HANDLE RETURNS / EXCHANGES FOR OUR CUSTOMERS?

 

Should you need to return or exchange any item from one of your customer's orders, whether there is a defect, or it does not fit then you can have them send an email to info@bravesoles.life to process the return or exchange.

Our customer service team will take it from there. If it is an item that you sold them from your stock, perhaps they can process the return or exchange through you.
