Our New Podcast Has Launched!

Our new podcast, I Can Do Something About This, is finally ready! Itâs been a long, winding road to get here and I know that itâs going to be worth it.
This isnât just a podcast about nice people doing nice things. This is a podcast about the bravery it takes to chart a new course and see something that others may not yet have the capacity to see.
And thatâs okay, because it really does need to start somewhere, right?
The courage to change is a funny, elusive characteristic of humanity. It looks different for each of us. Sometimes we nail it, sometimes we avoid it. Most often, I have come to realize that it is much easier to think about what you would change, rather than actually take those steps to make it happen.
And by steps, I mean actually steps. Not leaps, not epic overhauls, but simple steps. One at a time. One foot in front of the other. One decision at a time. One thought at a time. One breath. One moment.
This is the way that the universe around us expands and this is the way that businesses, ventures, and social change happens: one foot in front of the other.
Itâs also the way that we expand our ideas, our lives and impact. Moment by moment. One step at a time.
And this is what inspired Rafik (founder of Buy Good. Feel Good.) and me to launch our new podcast. .
I have been doing this work for more than 20 years and I still get a zing of electricity whenever I hear new ideas and meet new people that have had the bravery to simply follow through on an idea or a spark of imagination. On the limitless power of the, âWhat if?â question.
So, when you listen to our interviews or hear us speak on this podcast, you will know that there is one intention behind what we see, hear, and amplify. Itâs the intention to reclaim and remember the possibilities that are in each of us. The possibilities that want to take root and grow in a way that leaves the world better than how we found it.
Over the 20 years that I have had the privilege of speaking, mentoring and coaching change makers, many of them will often say something like, âWhen I saw you I knew you had what I wanted.â But I donât think thatâs entirely true. We are all born complete and full of limitless possibilities. We create the future. We donât see what we want in other peopleâs accomplishments and journeys.
Rather, we resonate with it because it reminds us what we are capable of creating, too.
So hereâs to seeing ideas become milestones in the timeline of our lives and the world we are sharing.
Hereâs to saying, âI Can Do Something About Thisâ.
